Free sheet hinged. Light surface dirt with light localized scuffs. 1″ tear at lower center. Tear with small hole of 2″, lower right, not fully torn. 1/2″ rip, lower-left edge. Staple imprints around perimeter of sheet. Light rippling to sheet. Overall good condition.
