Condition Report:
The upholstery is original. There are no holes or tears. The fabric is sun-faded and a bit tired, overall. The foam in the backrest cushion is hard. Original finish. No chips or cracks. No repairs or restoration found. The armrests show very minor wear. There is a one-inch scratch to one armrest. On the ottoman, there is tight age-related separation to two boards due to wood shrinkage over time. This does not affect the sturdiness or usability, and is mostly hidden by the cushion. Two ends of the ottoman have beautiful biscuit joinery not visible in the photograph. Overall, excellent original condition.
