Catalog Note:
The Heritage Henredon line was designed by Wright in 1955. According to Frank Lloyd Wright’s House Beautiful (Maddex, 2000, p. 36): “At Elizabeth Gordon’s urging, Wright in 1955 developed a line of home furnishings for people who did not live in one of his houses.” The Henredon line of furniture, adorned with the “Taliesin” design, was meant to be affordable architecture for the masses.
